What can you not relocate?
We usually relocate almost everything with total safety and security. However, if any of your belongings are flammable, explosive or corrosive, we will not be relocating them. With that being said, you can easily get things such as a BBQ Grill relocated without any safety-related issues if you make separate arrangements for the propane tank and empty the gas tanks. We would suggest you to either take stuff such as cleaning fluids and detergents yourself or leave them behind along with disposing opened food items before moving.
Do you move gold and other valuables?
Yes, we can move items of extraordinary value, but it is provided that you notify our representatives of such items before the moving date. However, we would strongly recommend you to carry such expensive items with yourself.
Do you provide packing services?
At Pack and Dash, we always have packing and crafting staff ready at your disposal. Our trained staff will help you with pre-packing, sorting and organizing your belongings.
Do you provide a storage facility?
Yes, we provide our customers with storage facilities so that they can keep their belongings safe at very nominal rates. The storage space is temperature controlled and it is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
What to expect before the moving day?
A member of our staff would be visiting your place to assess each and every item to be moved. This process acts as a survey and once it is completed, we will provide you with a strategy and a cost estimate which will help you with making your final decision. Please note that you don’t need to have any items packed since we will be making the assessment based on every item to be moved.
Can I get my moving date changed?
Yes, you can get your moving date modified. All you need to do is contact our support team as soon as possible and provide them with the reason(s) behind the date modification request. We will access each and every information and then assist you with the new estimate depending on your new moving date selected. Rest assured that our main priority is that your moving needs are fulfilled as per your satisfaction and convenience.
What is the price of moving services in Dubai?
The cost of hiring moving services isn’t too much high in Dubai.
Do you work on Fridays or any other holidays?
Yes, we do provide our services on Fridays and holidays. However, to avail the services on holidays you will be needed to book prior to the moving date.
