About Us
PacknDash is a Dubai moving company. We have been packing and moving homes and offices across the emirate since 2010, we hold Dubai Municipality licence DM2010-789, and we are based at ART Tower in Al Raffa, near Dubai Creek.
That is the short version. What follows is the detail most people actually want before handing over everything they own to strangers with a truck.
What we do, and how we price it
We move apartments, villas, townhouses and offices, within Dubai and out of the country. Every job starts the same way: a free survey, in person or over video, followed by a written fixed price within an hour. Not an hourly rate, and not a figure that grows on move day once the truck is loaded.
The survey exists because a quote given over the phone is a guess. Nobody on that call has seen your staircase, your storage room, or how much is actually in the spare bedroom. We would rather spend twenty minutes looking than have an awkward conversation on the day.
Home moves
Apartments, villas and townhouses, from a studio to a family home. Our house movers and villa movers teams handle the two differently, because they are different jobs.
Office relocation
Usually scheduled overnight or across a weekend so your team returns to a working office. Workstations are mapped and labelled before anything is dismantled. See office movers.
Furniture handling

Where we are, and why it matters
Our office is at ART Tower, Mezzanine Floor 2, Office M2-C49, Al Raffa, Plot 506-0, Makani No. 27304. That is a real address with people in it, not a virtual one, and it is a few minutes from the Creek-side towers we quote for most often.
Being based in the city we serve is not a marketing line. It means a same-day survey is a short drive rather than an hour across town, and it means we already know which buildings need a week’s notice for a service lift and which will clear one in a day. We work across Dubai, including Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Arabian Ranches and The Springs.

A licensed moving company, trading since 2010. Building management teams often ask for this before releasing a service lift, and we provide it as part of your booking.

AED 2 million transit insurance
Cover on your belongings while they are in our hands, for the whole move rather than parts of it. The certificate goes to your building alongside our licence when they ask for it.

Genuinely, including weekends and public holidays. Moves get rescheduled at short notice in this city and somebody answers the phone when they do.
What we will not tell you
We will not tell you we can obtain your move-out NOC. That approval is issued by your developer or community management once the service charges registered in your name are settled, and the application has to come from you as the resident. What we do is tell you what your specific building asks for, hand over our licence and insurance documents for it, and coordinate with security on the day.
We will not quote a price before seeing what is being moved, and we will not tell you a large villa full of antiques is the right job to economise on. Sometimes the honest answer is that a cheaper option is the wrong one, and we would rather say so at survey stage than after something is damaged.
We also will not claim certifications we do not hold. We are a Dubai Municipality licensed mover with transit insurance, and that is what we say.
