    Once the move is complete and their invoice is settled, we contact you to arrange your reward — paid to you, or taken off their bill, whichever you chose.

Frequently asked questions

Who can refer someone?

Anyone. You do not need to have moved with us yourself — friends, family, neighbours, building managers and estate agents are all welcome to refer. The only condition is that the person you refer must be new to us, and not someone already in the middle of arranging a move with us.

When do I get paid?

Once your friend’s move is complete and their invoice has been settled in full. We do it that way so the reward is never in doubt — there is no situation where we have promised you a commission and then have to take it back because a job was cancelled or a bill went unpaid.

Is there a minimum job size?

Yes. Jobs invoiced under AED 1,000 do not earn commission. Below that figure the margin does not support it, and we would rather tell you plainly than let you refer a small job and be disappointed.

How many people can I refer?

As many as you like. There is no cap, and no limit on how much you can earn in total.

How do you know the referral came from me?

From this form. We match your friend by the name and phone number you give us, so the more accurate those are, the smoother it is. If they contact us before you have submitted the form, tell us straight away and we will note it against your name.

What if my friend does not want to be contacted?

Then please do not submit their details. We ask you to confirm they are happy to hear from us before you send the form, and we only get in touch once. We would rather lose a referral than make an unwanted call on your behalf.

Can I give my reward to my friend instead?

Yes — it is one of the two options on the form. Your commission comes off their invoice instead of being paid to you, which makes their move cheaper. Choose it when you submit the referral.

The Rules

Programme terms

  1. Commission is 10% of the final invoice value on local moves within the UAE, and 5% on international and long-distance moves.
  2. Commission is payable only on invoices of AED 1,000 or more. Jobs below that value do not earn commission.
  3. Commission becomes payable once the move has been completed and the customer’s invoice has been settled in full. Cancelled, unpaid or partially paid jobs do not earn commission.
  4. Anyone may refer. The person referred must be a new customer — not an existing client and not someone already in contact with us about a move at the time of the referral.
  5. You may not refer yourself, or refer a move being paid for by you or your own household.
  6. You must have the referred person’s agreement before submitting their details. We contact them once.
  7. Referrals are matched using the name and phone number you provide. Where two people refer the same customer, the earliest submission we hold takes precedence.
  8. You may choose to receive your commission directly, or to apply it as a discount to your friend’s invoice. The choice is made when you submit the referral.
  9. There is no limit on the number of referrals or the total commission you can earn.
  10. PacknDash may amend or withdraw this programme at any time. Referrals already submitted and accepted before a change are honoured under the terms in force when they were submitted.
